I am on day 16, and at sober 16 days. This is my first post. I am enjoying this program, and I feel like I have done well so far, but today’s questions have me struggling. I figured that I should incorporate all of my core values into the questions, but now they feel overwhelming. I am wondering if I should slim them down, or if this feeling will pass with a few days of repeating them. So here are my questions-
How can I have more fun, adventure, creativity, and positivity in my life while thriving in sobriety?
How can I be more successful in every aspect of my life?
How can I grow into a person with more spirituality, intelligence, and integrity?
How can I incorporate freedom and justice into my perception of sobriety?
How can I be more beautiful inside and out in the eyes of myself and those I love? How can I recognize their individual attributes and beauty?
    Any feedback would help.
    Thank you

Hi Gazania70 … I give you so much credit for being so very contemplative. What came to my mind, is that each question shares the common denominator of Not Drinking Alcohol. That is the “how”. Just be sober. Then let it all unfold. Relax and let all those nice elements of life unfold. You will see, because you won’t be numbed. You will have the sensitivity to notice. And I believe it will be little by little. And on some days not so little. Enjoy your Sober Self! Blessings!
