I’m so grateful for finding this book and committing to working it 100% for the 30 days. I must admit, the first 2 weekends were the most difficult and there were several other times throughout that I struggled, but during all of those times, I did the work and posted my feelings on here. There are a some great people here that know just want to say and when to say it that have helped me this far. I truly am feeling better, have more energy and have the time to enjoy life with my family liked I had hoped for in the earlier chapters. I still have 2 more days to go with the program, but the journey for me is just beginning. For those of you just starting out…keep going, it is worth it, you are worth it. I’ll still continue to use this site when finished with my 30 days, but I don’t think I’ll ever be considered a graduate. Lots of work to do, but another step forward!

Thanks @brighterdays . Yes, it’s only the beginning. Please continue to post all over the Forums, much as you are able! I’ve found it gives motivation to newbies, repeaters, and also to oneself!!!

There’s no greater satisfaction then sharing with other souls who are on this path. In my opinion!
Congratulations on your continuing Sobriety!!! Onward, Sina
