I’m feeling great about having completed all of the readings and assignments for the first six days! I am pursuing this 30 day reboot with intention and excitement.. I began my freedom from alcohol on January 6, 2016 and I have over 111 days sober for this year!!! Compared to barely any sober evenings for the past decade, this is a very big deal for me. I put together 79 days, then a brief lapse, then 26 days, then another short phase of drinking, and now I’m done! I have done this by lots of journaling, other online support groups, podcasts, prayer, meditation, counseling, some AA, and keeping an open mind to recovery tools. I really feel like whenever my head tells me it is a good idea to have a drink it is a lie because it always leads to way more than “just one”. In fact, always more than just one day and it is never healthy. I hope all of you are giving this your best shot…I’m keeping my head in the game because I want to be alive and healthy. Keep up the good work all!! Remember you only fail if you quit trying. 🙂

Sobriety is a good thing, but if that sobriety goes too far, you may end up losing it. You are sober with someone then he should give the positive pay for essay reviews on your sobriety and feelings.
