Hi all, thx a lot for sharing. I don’t know where this fits in, but probably around the 17, 18 dayish forum.

The sentence I repeat, write, record and listen to for the next 30 days will be variations of the following:

“I [My Name] is born positive and optimistic into a world full of endless exciting opportunities. I am grateful for all that life has brought me, and I choose to meet life smiling, with serenity, laughter and full of rushing exploratory energy.”

    Best regards
