I got home and for the first time the thought of drinking didn’t even enter my mind. Things really are changing and the probability that the old wine drinker coming back is I think, over. This program works but it does require drive and endurance. 4 more days is going to be easy. I would have never said that at the beginning. 4 days was impossible I thought. So fulfilled inside because I feel this bad nightly habit is over forever. Great coaches comments I read have help encourage me when I felt alone and I really needed it. Thanks is not enough. But thanks is all I can say or do so thank you coach Chelsia Cohen.

My pleasure Rick, it’s been wonderful following your journey. We will be here for you beyond your 30 days as well!

I am also happy to say that it feels like as of this week the thought of having a glass of wine has not once popped into my head. The prior weeks and the first two weekends I definitely had moments of thinking of it. Thankfully it was never a struggle for me. I am really glad that the automatic thought seems to have been extinguished. I plan to stick with the program beyond the 30 days and continue to read and write in the forums. It’s amazing and inspiring to see how well, and quickly, this program has worked for myself and the others who take the time to post here.
