    I am so thankful that I saw this audio book at the library. After listening for a few days in my car, I went back to the library for the book. After a week with the book and audio, I ordered my own copy of the book. It feels amazing to be able to stay sober this long with so little struggle. I just enjoy the lessons and write in my journal. It’s a time of lovely reflection. I was already on the right path with exercise, healthy food, and meditation. The other solutions tied it all together for me. I plan to keep moving forward to reach my goals.

    macsparther . . . fantastic! Sounds like it’s a good fit. Happy it’s working out and that the other solutions ties it all together. There are some darn good insights laid out in the material. I, too, am finding it very helpful. I becoming better able to re-vision how I had been doing things and what is needed to change direction.

    Hello this “moon” I find music incredibly helpful. Example: Lifehouse:”wHo we Are” album, “Broken” gives me hope of me and my future as me I am seeking to be. Reboot is important door for me. As to the person you are now…. embrace all the possibilities you can put in your corner.

    Day 28 in this program, day 28 sober. Longest for almost 30 years and that’s a lot of wine! I am really concerned about the unknown toll it has taken on my body. I ran across the book in my library and checked it out. I have worked in the mental health field for years and “know” a lot of these tips, but now it’s put together for me in a usable format. I’d love to see this plan written up for smoking, obesity, general anger management. It’s great!
