Day 18. I’m not even thinking of alcohol anymore as it doesn’t have a place in my life. I’m happy that ‘willpower’ has been substituted with everything thus far in this program.

The daily affirmations were a great exercise and feel empowering. I also started Keto and going to the gym on the same day I decided not to drink again. The difference in my thoughts, energy and power is incredible.

I wish I’d found this book sooner 🙂

Encouraging everyone else to keep going.

Day 18 Day 11 AF – I couldn’t agree more. It is so nice to be reprogramming my thoughts with the positive mental picture instead of the negative thinking traps that were present before. It was like I wanted to be better, sober and happy but got hung up on the “why” and not the “how” and the solutions thus far have started to make me a more positive, outgoing person. I love the positive affirmations, it certainly helps to keep the positive mindset active throughout the day and keep me motivated and active. This book has made all the difference and even though I found it several years ago and it took this long to sink in, it certainly is better late than never.

I totally agree. Today is one of the first days where I could really imagine how wonderful life could be without alcohol running the show. It definitely consumed way too much of my life I am trying not to focus on how much time I lost drinking. Instead I am thinking about all the great days ahead of me
